These pineapple soy pork chops are freaky simple and YUMMMY!
Hello, friends!  I am excited to be sharing with you one of my favorite recipes that my mom made while we were growing up. My mom did not enjoy cooking, so she always stuck to super simple recipes.  However, while they were simple, they were also GOOOOD.  She had two super simple recipes that she used to impress guests: Sweet Marinade Chicken and Pineapple Soy Pork Chops.  Both simple marinades for meat that you grill.  Mmmm mmmmm good!

Before I share this awesome recipe for you, I am excited to share that this is not the only fun recipe that you will be seeing today that is perfect for a summer night: it’s blog hop day!  Yay!!!  I love this amazingly talented blog hop group.  Honored to be counted as one of their peers!  Here are 12 Summer Backyard BBQ Must Haves from some of the best bloggers out there.  Enjoy.

Now on with the show!  Pineapple Soy Pork Chops, here we come!  You won’t believe how simple this is . . . or how flavorful!

Pineapple Soy Pork Chops-1

Mix together equal parts soy sauce and pineapple juice.  Pour over raw pork chops and marinate overnight.

Pineapple Soy Pork Chops-2

Now grill those bad boys up!  We grilled ours over medium heat.  Cut into one a bit to make sure there is no pink in the center.  You do NOT want to eat raw pork.  Bad, bad, bad.

Pineapple Soy Pork Chops-3

 Enjoy!

This is even more delicious if you grill fresh pineapple on it!!! I also use slightly more pineapple juice and soy sauce. These are a staple at our house too.
