Three Recipes for Perfect Popsicles!

Hi, it’s Angela again.  I am loving summer! We have been spending lots days at the pool and lots of time running around bare foot in the backyard. One of our favorite Summer treats is Popsicles of course! This Summer we have had some fun experimenting with some different flavors. Today I wanted to share a few of my favorites that we have made!

1 orange

1 peach

1 mango

1 can crushed pineapple

5 strawberries

Yields: 5 Popsicles

Combine the peach and mango in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside. Combine the orange, pineapple, and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside. The reason for making two batches is mostly for effect. When you pour your blends into the Popsicle mold you will alternate blends giving your Popsicle the cool striped effect.

1 can crushed pineapple

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. lime juice

1/8 cup sugar

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Yields: 4 Popsicles

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into Popsicle molds. Then freeze. The thing  that I love most about this is how simple it is. You get the yummy creamy pineapple taste and in a short amount of time. If you have ever tried to make dole whips they can take a while to make. This is an easy alternative.

1 6 oz plain yogurt

5 Tbsp yellow cake mix

1/3 cup water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Sprinkles

Yields: 4 Popsicles

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into Popsicle molds. Then pour some sprinkles onto the bottom of your Popsicle. Now Freeze!
