Hi there, it’s Laura from Make Life Lovely, and I’m so excited to be here to share my brownie dulche de leche s’mores recipe with you today! I love sharing party ideas, fun crafts and holiday ideas, DIY projects, and recipes!

Brownie Dulce de Leche S'mores

I originally shared this brownie dulche de leche s’mores recipe as part of my glamping tips and ideas post.

Glamping tips and ideas

If you like the outdoors but not enough to have to deal with sleeping on the hard ground on top of lumpy rocks and without all of the luxuries of home, then you’ll love glamping!

Standard s’mores are pretty tasty, but sometimes it’s fun to mix things up, right? That’s exactly what I did for our family, and these rich treats were a hit!

Brownie Dulce de Leche S'mores

  • Pizelle Italian Waffle Cookies
  • Brownie mix
  • Marshmallows
  • Jar of Dulce de Leche (or you could always make your own)

Brownie Dulce de Leche S'mores

Step 1. Bake the brownie mix by following the directions on the box. Let cool, then use a round biscuit cutter or cookie cutter to cut the brownies into circles.

Step 2. Roast the marshmallows. This is the fun part!

Step 3. Assemble the brownie dulce de leche s’mores by layering a pizelle cookie, a round brownie, a roasted marshmallow, then a pizelle cookie on top with some dulce de leche spooned on it.

YUUMMMM!! These s’mores are the stuff that dreams are made of. They are seriously good!

These s’mores would be delicious for camping, or for a backyard camping party like our rustic party I put together here. There’s even some fun free printables too!

Fruity Pebbles Ice Cream Cone Treats

These Fruity Pebbles ice cream cone treats are another fun treat that kids love, and are the perfect party food!

Thanks so much for having me. Happy summer!

My mouth is watering just looking at those pics! My aunt makes homemade pizelles. I’m going to have to make these when she gives me some next!
