I am SO EXCITED that Inside Out was released on DVD yesterday.  I had it preordered on Amazon, so it is already on its way!  YAY!  I adored this movie.  As a sufferer of chronic mental illness, that largest symptom of which is clinical depression, it touched me deeply.  It made me laugh and cry and really ponder.  How many kid movies can do that??  It also spurred some deep and important conversations with my six year old, all of which he initiated after pondering the movie on his own after we got home.  I LOVE this movie.  This is probably not the last that you will hear from me about it.

I have gathered up 15 super fun Inside Out inspired activities and projects for you today.  I printed out all of the printables.  Literally.  I’m not kidding when I say I LOVE this movie!  I hope this movie and these Inside Out inspired activities and projects lead to some important conversations and coping skills within your family.  Have a JOYful day!  🙂
