This Valentine’s Day podcast is full of easy-to-implement traditions for the whole family to enjoy! You are going to love these ideas!
Guess what? My sister Rachel has an awesome podcast for called 3 in 30 Takeaways for Moms. Each week she has a new guest and topic, and each 30 minute episode is formatted around 3 “takeaways.” Valuable, easily applicable information in a hurry. That’s my kind of podcast! 😉
This week her guest for this Valentine’s Day podcast was yours truly! She and I had a jolly conversation about three of our favorite family traditions for Valentine’s Day. (Pssst…one of them in Secret Cupids!) We also discuss how to us Valentine’s Day is more than just a holiday celebrating romantic love. It is about the whole family!

Here are some of my personal favorite episodes from 3 in 30 Takeaways for Moms so far:
- Her intro episode: Meet Rachel and Learn the WHY of the Podcast
- How to Support Those Who Are Grieving with Rachel Gainer from Rachel Rebuilt
- How to Stop Being Mean to Yourself: 3 of the Best Tools I’ve Learned in Counseling
- Three Messages of Hope for the Darkest Times
- Easy Ways to Capture Memories of Motherhood
As you can see, I tend to like the emotional ones, but there are lots of lighter episodes too! Here are a few more topics that she covers: Getting Unmotivated Kids to Help, Controlling Kids’ Clutter, How to Set Goals Without Sacrificing Sanity, and much more! Hear them all HERE.
I hope that you love my sister’s podcast! It is in the early stages, and already she has interviewed fabulous, experienced guests and changed lives with her willingness to be open and vulnerable about things like eating disorders, counseling, self-hate, the struggles of motherhood, adoption, the loss of my nephew’s birth-mother by suicide, and more. I love the podcast, but, even more than that, I love the podcaster! She’s an incredible human being, and I am so privileged to be able to call her my sister!
Now let’s put the heavy stuff aside, because our Valentine’s Day podcast is just silliness and FUN, so tune in for fun ideas and my crazy cackle! HAPPY FEBRUARY!
Awww, nicest post! I love you!!
