Today’s Sunday Spotlight is on Victoria from obSEUSSed.  Victoria is the perfect choice for this week’s spotlight because tomorrow kicks off the first week of my new monthly series — the Family Adventure Series — and this month’s series is Dr. Seuss themed!  So, naturally, I chose a blogger to spotlight today whose entire blog focus is on the good Doctor himself.

Victoria is a Seuss-obsessed blogging mama with a love for literacy.  You can read all about her and her blog HERE.  One of the fun things about Victoria’s blog is her ongoing Seuss link up.  There are 350+ Seuss-y posts linked up to the party, and it is ongoing, so be sure to link up anything that you have that may be Seuss related!

On obSEUSSed you will find all sort of fun Dr. Seuss learning activities and ideas.  Here are just a few:

Another thing Victoria shares on obSEUSSED are the fun Dr. Seuss rooms in her home.  I love this 1 Fish 2 Fish Bathroom.  Sooo perfect for kids!  And that dresser!!  She refinished it herself.  SO FREAKING CUTE!

Her reading nook is also killer.  I LOVE all of the details!  She recovered that chair herself!  So cute, huh?  And the SWING?!  Genius.  What kid wouldn’t die for a swing in their room?!

Finally, Victoria seems to be the PTA member of the century.  I love seeing all of the carnivals, read-a-thons and more she is arranging at the school, all Seuss-themed of course.  Check out this Dr. Seuss School Carnival that she helped to organize for the school.  It looks amazing!!

Super fun, huh?!  If you would like to follow along with Victoria and gather more amazing Dr. Seuss-y activities then be sure to find her on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram.

Be sure to check out my son’s Dr. Seuss Bedroom and the series of tutorials accompanying it for more fun Seuss ideas, and tune back in tomorrow for the start of the Family Adventure Series!
