I am committed to Spreading the Joy this holiday season through the baking and sharing of cookies. I know it’s such a small thing, but it brings joy to those I share them with.
We spread the joy by always trying to give to those less fortunate than we are. We might not have much, but we have it a lot better than others.
A few years ago, my sister and I made goody bags for the residents of a nursing home. It was so rewarding and appreciated. It was rather expensive, so we only did it once, but I’d like to do it again.
We are looking for ways to get our kids involved in giving back this holiday season. Thanks for the giveaway!
THIS CHRISTMAS I’M SPREADING JOY BY HELPING MY FAMILY …WE HAVE HAD A FEW SURGERIES SO ITS BEING THERE AND SUPPORTING THEM IN WHATEVER WAY THEY NEED
I spread the joy by smiling as much as I can, even on bad days, whenever I’m out and about. It’s amazing how often people who seem to be “grumpy gusses” smile back!
I have been picking up checks for people at restraints.
I am Spreading the Joy by volunteering to feed firefighters who are in our area trying to save our homes and beautiful mountains (Great Smoky Mountains).
Also, I will be baking goodies to share with friends and coworkers.
I’ve been creating handmade, mixed media affirmation/greeting cards and sending them to random people anonymously. Hoping that this will brighten someone’s day and bring a smile to someone’s face, it sure makes my heart feel good to pop them in the mail!
So I found this calendar online with a different Random Act of Kindness for each day. I plan on having my son participate and I think it will be a wonderful way to spread joy this holiday season 🙂

Toys for tots is a great organization!
I am hoping to be able to spread some joy by having my children give gift baskets to people.
A friend is running a blanket drive and all of the blankets are being given to homeless individuals in the area. I’ll be contributing blankets to the cause.

We do shoeboxes for children every year. We also are more intentional about just being extra kind each day. I should do this everyday.
I am going to make a service chain with Luke and do lots of nice things.
I am always committed to spreading the joy during the holiday season as I love the holidays. I will be once again donating to Toys for Tots this Christmas so that some children will receive a package under the tree that would not otherwise.
I am spreading joy by making tons and tons of cookies to give to friends and family.
I’m not sure… I always try to spread joy through general kindness… a smile and polite words can go a long way.
