Hi friends! I’m Kristen Duke, and I share the ideas in my head over at Capturing Joy. If you need photo tips, want to see my favorite family recipes, travel adventures, or check out our home tour, I’d love to have you! You can also follow along easily on Instagram for the latest and greatest!
We’ve been making a lot of popsicles at our home lately, and when I heard about S’mores Saturdays, I thought it would be fun to make some S’mores Fudge Popsicles! I grabbed the new Oreo S’mores from the store, and mixed up some pudding pops.
Have you tried the new s’mores oreos? I personally like all the different flavors and options that come out with traditional treats. (I also love lemon and mint!) Anyway, I thought I’d add some crushed up s’mores oreo’s, mini marshmallows, and mini chocolate chips to pudding pops. Super easy, fun for the kids to make, and delicious, too!
You can pretty much get the directions from the pictures below, but in a nut shell, get some a chocolate pudding box mix, follow directions on box (add milk), then crush up the rest of the ingredients and fold them in.
Ingredients:
- Small chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 5-7 crushed s’mores oreos
Fold it all together, then freeze in your favorite popsicle molds for 4+ hours.
