Now that fall is here I am totally busting out my scarf collection. I love light, airy scarves. So, naturally, when I saw this insanely simple and SUPER cute scarf made with ruffled fabric from V and Co I knew that I needed to make it! It is just so incredibly me! I can’t wait to grab some ruffled fabric from Hobby Lobby and get to work! Watch out, world, with ruffles around my neck I may just be unstoppable!
