A scrumptious little lady entered our family four months ago, and I will admit it freely: I am obsessed with making her headbands. She NEEDS to have accessories that perfectly coordinate with each of her outfits, obviously! So I’m giving you fair warning: you will probably be seeing a whole lot of little lady crafts coming from me.
As a result of my obsession with baby hair accessories, I have Pinned about a zillion tutorials for cute flowers to make. (Fine, fine, that’s probably an exaggeration!) When I spotted these rick rack flowers on Pinterest I was smitten by their unique, clean look. And so I clicked on them, and they led me to a cute blog called Oh For Sweetness Sake. The blog author puts a twist on a rick rack flower tutorial that she had seen on The Crafting Chicks blog. Personally, I like the way that her flowers fan out better than the rosettes on The Crafting Chicks, but the link to their rosettes is included in her post if you prefer your flowers smaller and more compact.
Go check them out and add a little pop to the outfit of a little lady that you know…..or make them for yourself! In your hair, on a bag or a pillow, as part of a necklace, worn on a belt or like a brooch! The possibilities are endless!
