Diet-Friendly Fruit Dip

YUM! I can't believe how simple this fruit dip is to make, and it is super diet friendly!I love throwing and attending parties, but when you are on a diet it is brutal to try to resist the food at a party.  BRUTAL!  After my first child was born my husband and I did Weight Watchers together, and a friend of mine who was doing WW at the same time as us had this fruit dip out at a party she was hosting.  I was guiltily eating it by the scoopful when she informed me that she had actually gotten the idea from someone at a WW meeting, and that it was super diet-friendly!  SCORE!  (No, I don’t remember how many points it is….sorry!)

To make this dip all you need is a container of fat-free Cool Whip and some Dannon Light & Fit yogurt.  I always use strawberry because it is my favorite.  Dump it all into a bowl and stir it together and you’ve got yourself a delicious dip that is guiltless but still tasty enough to take to a party!  It doesn’t get much better than that!  Enjoy!

Do you have a guiltless party food that you love to make and/or eat when you are watching your girlish figure?  I would love to hear about it or get a link to your recipe in the comments!  Dieters who love tasty food UNITE!  🙂
