Is there anything better on a rainy, gloomy, or just plain icky day than some delicious homebaked treats?
I am a big sucker for cookies, cakes and other yummy snacks when I’m having a crummy day, a night in with movies, or anytime I want to have a special treat for little man. While I love the convenience of boxed mixes, I hate paying for such basic ingredients, and that I am buying tons of preservatives.
I LOVE this idea though- quick mixes, just like Betty Crocker, that you pre-mix and have ready for those times you want something yummy! Fake-it-frugal spent $3.20 and 20 minutes to mix up 8 cookie mixes.
If you put these in an adorable basket or bucket these would make an awesome gift for Christmas, a birthday, or a little pick me up for your favorite pregnant pal with a sweet tooth!
You could even make these for a party or wedding favor and hand them out to guests to enjoy your favorite flavors!
