Make a pretty spring headband in 5 minutes flat!

Hello, hello!  It is FINALLY spring!!  YAY!!!!  I need the sun.  I crave it.  So happy to see flowers blooming and to hear birds chirping.  Love, love, love it!  Today I have another amazing blog hop collaboration for you, all themed around May Flowers.  I love it!  I am going to share with you the simple flower headband that I made for my little princess last Easter.  I can’t believe how quickly she is growing up!  Oh, how I wish I could freeze time!!

First things first: let’s see what May Flowers projects my blogging buddies have dreamt up for you.  They are so talented!

Classy Clutter |  Bombshell Bling  |  Four Marrs One Venus
Thatís What Che SaidÖ  |  The Cards We Drew  |  Cherished Bliss
The Happy Housie  |  52 Mantels  |  Sweet C’s Designs
Dimple Prints  |  Crazy Little Projects  |  Giggles Galore

Now on with the show!  Let’s get started.  For this project you will need fold over elastic, a hot glue gun, and three pretty flowers.  I got my flowers online at Fleuriste Supplies.

Measure your baby’s head.  You will subtract 1-2 inches off of that measurement before you cut the elastic.  If the elastic is very soft and stretchy take 2, if it is fairly stiff (like glitter elastic) then just take 1.  Stitch or hot glue (seriously!) the elastic ends together.

Now hot glue the flowers directly to the headband.  (Again….seriously.)

Spring Flower Headband-2

You are finished!!!  How riDICulously simple was that?!

Now go try it on your pretty princess!  Happy Spring!
