BEST PLACES TO EAT AT DISNEYLAND
Casual Dining
Bengal Barbecue – This is a great place for a quick kabob snack inside Adventureland. Their kabobs are delicious and come in a variety of ways. You can get a beef skewer, bacon wrapped asparagus skewer, veggie skewer and more. You can also take a swing at trying their famous tiger tail breadsticks. This BBQ is not only delicious and the perfect snack but affordable as well. You can look at spending around $5 for a skewer and you’ll be glad you did.
Little Red Wagon – If you’ve heard someone talk about Disneyland corn dogs, this is probably where they got them. Little Red Wagon is the famous corn dog cart that’s located right by the Plaza Inn inside Disneyland Park. These corn dogs are huge and dipped in homemade batter each day. They definitely take your every day corn dog to the next level.
Fine Dining
Blue Bayou Restaurant – Here, you’ll be immersed in a lantern lit world, surrounded by water and a New Orleans vibe. Not only is the ambiance amazing, but you are actually inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride! As you feast on their famous Monte Cristo Sandwich, you’ll see an occasional boat filled with people experiencing the ride as they sail past your dining location.
Café Orleans – Located in New Orleans square, you’ll love their famous pommes frites, which are delicious french fries tossed in olive oil, garlic and parmesan cheese. You’ll need to make a reservation to eat here but you’ll be so glad you did. This is also a great alternative to get the Monte Cristo sandwich for a lower price.
Treats
Some key treats you’ll want to taste while in Disneyland Park are the New Orleans Mint Julep, Mickey Beignets and Pineapple Dolewhips. You can snag both the Mint Julep and Mickey Beignets at the Mint Julep Bar located in New Orleans Square and a creamy Pineapple Dolewhip at the Tiki Juice Bar next door in Adventureland.
BEST PLACES TO EAT AT DISNEY CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE
Casual Dining
Pacific Warf Café – This café is located right on the pier and really gives you that California feel. They offer tasty sandwiches, delectable salads and savory soups. The best part? Whether you get soup or a salad – it comes inside one of their famous sourdough bread bowls. Trust me, they’re definitely famous for a reason!
Flo’s V8 Café – If you love that retro diner vibe, then Flo’s is the place for you. They serve a variety of scrumptious items like the Turkey Dip sandwich, BBQ Pork Ribs and Roast Beef & Cheddar as well as savory sides. To top off this casual dining experience, make sure to grab one of their unique desserts like Flo’s Signature Apple-Cheddar Pie-O-Rama or a classic vanilla shake.
Fine Dining
Carthay Circle Restaurant – This is one of the first buildings you’ll see on Buena Vista Street as you make your way into California Adventure Park. You’ll enjoy exquisite entrees such as Cashew Crusted Salmon, Grilled Hanger Steak and Sautéed Sweet Potato Gnocchi in a beautifully classy environment.
Wine Country Trattoria – This Tuscan-style restaurant offers an array of Italian foods from a Caprese Salad to Lasagna Rustica. Make sure to save room for their Olive-Oil Lemon Cake or Chocolate Flourless Cake. Even though this restaurant is a little fancier, they still have great options for kids. Choose from things like cheese pizza or pasta.
Treats
Cozy Cone in Cars Land is a great spot to cruise by for some quick snacks. Here you can get treats like “popcone,” soft-served ice cream and the famous Disneyland churro with optional dipping sauce. Another great spot is Ghiradelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop, where you can not only get a free chocolate square when you visit but also delight in a world-famous hot fudge sundae. This little treasure is located in Pacific Warf by the pier.
