Oh. My. Gosh. You guys….I am eating these Halloween Oreo Stuffed Double Chocolate Cookies right now and I am in Heaven. Then again, I do have an insane Halloween Oreo obsession, but I swear — these are awesome! I made a batch last weekend and totally overcooked them —- whoops! I didn’t realize it and we used them to do our family Halloween Goblin tradition, and the little kids that got them didn’t care a bit. In fact, my friend sent me a text saying, “They thought finding Oreos in the center of the cookies was epic.” EPIC, people. Epic. I remade them today and cooked them for the correct amount of time…..sweet mamacita these things are good! Let me share how I made them before I make myself too sick eating them to type.
Mix up your batter. (Measurements below.) Be sure to use the Nestle Toll House Halloween Morsels if you can find them. So festive!
Take a slightly heaping Tablespoon of dough and place a Halloween Oreo on top of it. Top the Oreo with another heaping Tablespoon of dough.
Use your hands to gently squish the dough balls flat and squeeze the sides closed so that the Oreo is completely hidden. Place the enormous cookie dough creations onto a greased cookie sheet.
Allow them to cool most of the way and then grab a cookie and a glass of cold milk and ENJOY!
