This looks totally unsafe to me. If that ModPodge peels off it could seriously choke a baby/toddler.

I understand your concern Julie. But it is HARD AS A ROCK after drying for a couple of days (which I mentioned in my tutorial near the end). I literally tried to chip it off with a knife to be sure and couldn’t get a single fleck of glitter to budge. Of course, if you are uncomfortable with it you needn’t make it for your own baby! Non-toxic =/= safe for baby to put in mouth. Non-toxic means that a product is safe to use as intended, and I’m not sure if being put in a baby’s mouth is safe. Even though the baby won’t suck on it most of the time that stuff could be eroded over time with drool and saliva.
