S’mores Swirled Brownies
  • brownie mix of your choice and the ingredients needed to make it (I used the Ghradelli's Double Chocolate brownie mix.)
  • heaping ½ cup of marshmallow fluff
  • 1-2 graham crackers
  1. Mix up the brownies as instructed on the box and pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  2. Measure out a heaping ½ cup of marshmallow fluff into a mug. Warm the marshmallow fluff in the microwave for 15 seconds and stir it up.
  3. Spoon dollops of the warm marshmallow fluff on top of your brownie batter, spreading the dollops out evenly throughout the pan.
  4. Take a knife and gently run it through the marshmallow fluff and batter so that it spreads into thin swirls throughout the pan. C
  5. rush your graham cracker up by placing it into a ziploc bag and pounding it a bit with your hand and sprinkle the crumbs and pieces on top of your brownies.
  6. Bake your brownies using the temperature and baking time directed on the box. I decided to cover my brownies with foil for 30 minutes of cooking so that the marshmallow fluff wouldn’t brown too much, so I had to increase my baking time some. Rather than 40-45 minutes total, which is what the box called for, I did an hour total, 30 minutes with foil and 30 minutes without. They are extra gooey and moist thanks to the marshmallow fluff!
  7. Allow them to cool a bit, and then cut and enjoy!
