Sugar Cookie Pancakes

- 1½ cups flour
- 3½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1¼ cups International Delight Frosted Sugar Cookie Creamer
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
- In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
- Add the creamer, egg, and melted butter and mix well.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle on medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the skillet or griddle. (Approximately ¼ cup per pancake.)
- Brown the pancake on both sides and serve hot with maple syrup.
