Shredded Barbecue Chicken Sandwich Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
  • sub sandwich rolls
  • 4 - 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ⅛ - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Mix the barbecue sauce with all of the ingredients listed under it.
  2. Place the chicken in a crockpot.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
  4. Near the end of the cooking time, shred the chicken and allow it to cook for a bit longer to really soak up the sauce.
  5. Heap onto a sub sandwich roll and enjoy!
