Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup canola oil
- 4 teaspoons poppy seeds
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease the inside of two bread pans. Set aside for later.
- Mix together the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, water, eggs and oil.
- Fold in the poppy seeds until combined.
- Divide between your two cake pans and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
