Mama’s Chicken Fajitas Recipe
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 Tablespoons salsa
  • lime juice to taste
  • tabasco to taste
  1. Mix together the garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and salsa to make your marinade.
  2. Chop up your chicken (partially frozen is simpler to cut) or veggies and throw them into the bowl with the marinade.
  3. Stir and refrigerate at least three hours or overnight.
  4. Heat cooking oil over medium high heat in a skillet.
  5. Sautee the chicken, flipping often, until almost cooked through.
  6. Toss lime juice and tabasco over the chicken to taste.
  7. Continue to sautee until the chicken is cooked through. (Cut open a few pieces to double check.)
  8. Serve as desired and enjoy!
