IT’S OCTOBER!!!!!! YAY!!! I am SO SO SO SO EXCITED!!! As we have established, I am a Halloween freak, and I am so excited to bring to you today a super spooky-fab giveaway! Have you heard of Oprah’s Favorite Things giveaway episodes? She did one every year while her talk show was on the air, and lately I have been seeing some bloggers doing them. Ever since I saw some on blogs last Christmas season I have been wanting to do one of my own. And what better time to do a Favorite Things giveaway than during my favorite month?! Yay!! So, without further ado, I bring you my Halloween Favorite Things Giveaway!
One lucky winner will receive a Halloween package full of all of the goodies that you see above. They are all my favorite things as relating to HALLOWEEN!! Yippee!! I hope you are as excited about this giveaway as I am! Here is what is included in the prize package:
* A dvd of The Nightmare Before Christmas.
This is one of my favorite movies, and it always makes me think of one of my BFFs, Jessica, who introduced this movie to me a few years ago. I can not BELIEVE I didn’t know about it prior to that! I am obsessed.
* A fun black infinity scarf.
I love scarves, and lately I’m crushing hard on infinity scarves.
* Two pairs of silly Halloween socks.
My mom always sent us fabulous care packages at college, and there were always silly socks involved. My sister Rachel didn’t wear a pair of solid colored socks for years. Literally. It was her thing. She has grown out of that now, but we all still wear silly holiday socks. They were always a big hit with my students when I was teaching elementary school in my pre-kid life.
* Two glitter garlands, one pumpkin and one bats.
My mom always went all-out with the holiday decorations, and I love to do the same, but in a lazy way. Super cute glitter garlands from the Target dollar bin? Yep, I’d call that lazy but fab decorating!
* Milk Duds and DOTS candy.
These were always my two favorite kinds of candy to get when I went trick-or-treating.
* Reusable trick-or-treating bag.
I love fun bags, and I don’t think you can ever have enough.
* Halloween Oreos
I love these things. Seriously. For more on my obsession see THIS post.
* Felt Stickers
I love felt stickers. They are one of my favorite things to use to embellish frames and other quick projects. They are super simple to use but look fancy. They have the feel of hand stitched little embellishments, which is why I love them.
* Seven rolls of Halloween Washi Tape.
Ok, have you tried Washi tape yet? It’s the bomb! I am so obsessed. Need ideas for how to use it? See THIS post. When I spotted these rolls of Halloween Washi at JoAnn Fabrics I knew I had to buy enough rolls to last me a lifetime. I wish I was kidding… 😉
* Spooky notepad and post-it notes.
I am always making lists and writing myself notes. ALWAYS. I need notepads on hand at all times, and I have so many sticky notes hung up everywhere that my friends tease me about it.
* Two rolls of Halloween ribbon, one of which is GLITTER ribbon.
I love ribbon. It embelishes everything, from hairbows to loaves of my mama’s pumpkin bread.
* Halloween Fruit Snacks
I love fruit snacks. Always have, always will.
* Extra fine glitter in a variety of spooky colors.
I’m a glitter lover extraordinaire. I know, that’s a shocking revelation coming from the blogger behind Bombshell Bling. And extra fine glitter is my absolute fav!
* Two bottles of “witchy” purple nail polish, one of which is glittery.
I love having fun, glittery toenails. Don’t you?! You can go crazy with them and then hide them in your shoes. It’s like a secret party on your feet. 🙂
* The amazing new MONSTER BASH cartridge, generously donated by Cricut!
I am so excited about this new cartridge! I already have a project that I made with it to share with you! Eek!
