Prepare by sticking a straw or stick into the top of each of your jumbo marshmallows and lay out a sheet of wax paper.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip the marshmallows. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off of the marshmallows and place the marshmallows on the wax paper to cool slightly.
Dip the slightly cooled marshmallows into the graham cracker crumbs. Allow to cool completely.
