The Easiest Strawberry Jam Recipe Ever!
 
 
Ingredients
  • Sure-Jell Pectin (YELLOW BOX)
  • Fruit
  • Sugar
  • Water
Instructions
  1. Follow the instructions in the box for exact measurements!! They go something like this:
  2. Mash the fruit with a potato masher or by pulsing in a food processor.
  3. Measure the fruit and sugar amounts exactly and stir together. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Dissolve pectin in water over heat.
  5. Pour the pectin mixture into the fruit mixture. Stir until it is no longer grainy.
  6. Pour into jars. Leave some space free at the top of each jar.
  7. Let jam sit at room temperature for 24 hours to set.
  8. After 24 hours place jam in the refrigerator or freezer.
