HELLO!!! It’s me! I’m alive! Can you believe it? I have been totally MIA lately. Sickness followed by lice followed by visitors followed by our Lamb of God performances. It has been crazzzzy around here! Thank goodness for my awesome contributor team who have kept things rolling on the ole blog while I’ve been out of commission. I hope you’ve seen all of their darling spring and Easter projects and printables. If not then you should totally take a second to look back at the posts on the homepage after you check out this bow tie hair clip tutorial!
Today’s tutorial is hardly worthy of the title “tutorial.” It is so ridiculously simple that it’s almost a joke to “teach” you how to do it, but here we go anyway! Prepare for the simplest hair accessory tutorial ever.
For this tutorial you will need these simple bow tie bows (I found mine HERE), alligator clips, and a hot glue gun.
Slide the alligator clip through the back of the bow tie’s loop. I always put the bent part of the clip out so it will curve along with the head. I hope that made sense . . .
Add a dot of hot glue in the space where the clip goes through the loop. I forgot to take a picture of that step.
You are done. Seriously. I told you it was almost ridiculous to call it a tutorial! I made a ton of them (as you can see) in MINUTES. And they are soooo cute on!
Precious girl. I love her.
I will be back in gear next week with some great stuff, including a look at the DARLING nursery that my sister created in a very small space (half of a bedroom!). You are going to love it!
Have a happy day!
